Lines and Wrinkles
With time and age, our faces develop lines and wrinkles. "Dynamic" wrinkles result from the repeated contractions of underlying facial muscles. "Static" lines and wrinkles are present at rest and reflect the effects of gravity as well as the breakdown of collagen and elastin found in healthy, young skin. At Advanced Dermatology & Skin Care, we have multiple treatments to help manage both types of lines.
Laser hair reduction technology has been a mainstream treatment in the United States since it was FDA approved in 1997. We have been perfecting this procedure since 1998. With this technology, light is directed at the root of the hair where it is absorbed by dark pigment, resulting in the destruction of the hair root. We can perform laser hair reduction on almost any area of the body. Book a consultation to find out if you're a candidate.
Over time, sun damage, the environment, aging and skin problems, such as acne and rosacea, take a toll on the skin. We use a variety of exfoliating and collagen stimulation techniques to reverse these effects for tighter, smoother and more youthful looking skin.

Sun spots (also known as solar lentigos, age spots or brown spots) are lesions on the skin associated with exposure to the sun. Ranging in color from tan to brown, they are found in areas most often exposed to the sun, particularly the face, chest, shoulders, hands, arms and the scalp (if bald). We have multiple treatment options for sun spots:
With age and time, our nose, forehead, cheeks and chin may become red and blotchy. We can reduce the redness associated with cosmetic conditions using a painless, non-surgical, no-down-time protocol.
Spider veins are thin threadlike veins, usually less than one millimeter in diameter, that lie close to the skin's surface. Most often red or purple in color and web-like or linear in appearance, they can occur on the face, chest and legs. The tendency to have spider veins is primarily hereditary. However, factors such as sun exposure, pregnancy, injuries and standing on your feet for long periods of time can contribute to their formation. Spider veins can be improved.
